Fixed Term Part-Time Teacher Aide Positions

Waimate Main School is looking for Teacher Aides to join their supportive and friendly team in Term 4. This role may extend into next year. As a Teacher Aide at Waimate Main School you will have the opportunity to work with their awesome students helping them to participate and engage in activities to the best of their abilities.

The incredible teachers and teacher aides will work alongside you and guide you to get to know our students and their needs. We are looking for someone who either has experience, or is willing to learn, to work with students who need the following:

medical assistance
support with toileting
curriculum support
emotional regulation
social skills

The role is starting from Monday 6 October and ending on Friday 12 December with the possibility of extending into next year. The number of hours and days of work are negotiable up to a maximum of 27 hours a week between Monday to Friday.
