Your Steps to employment

Looking for a job can be overwhelming as there are many steps to take to securing a job, especially if you have been out of work for some time, or if it your first time applying for a job. I am here to help. Let's start with a chat and develop a plan for you to take one step at a time.

Together, we can look at your strengths and ambitions, skill gaps and training needs which will lead us to identifying your ideal jobs.

From there we can target your CV and covering letter to those roles and give you the best chance of obtaining an interview.

Then you'll get a pep talk from me telling you to be yourself and that this is not a time to under-estimate your ability, as many of us do. We can even have a mock interview which will make an actual interview less daunting.

Start today - give Lisa a call on 027 257 8578.

CLEARHEAD

MTFJ has partnered with Clearhead which provides mental health support online. On their website you'll find resources related to topics such as anxiety, stress, personal growth, how to support someone else, help with addiction, financial stress and more.

Clearhead also provides access to mental health practitioners. This is typically online, but face-to-face is also available. There are hundreds of professionals in their database so you can select either the first available support or the person you feel will best help you.

If you would like support, this is funded for job seekers we are working with, so please make contact with Lisa.
