Recycling Plastics (Plasback Waimate) Serving South Canterbury & Otago
Are you an experienced truck driver looking for a rewarding role in sustainable waste management? Plasback Waimate is seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Driver to join our team, helping collect and transport recycled plastics across South Canterbury and Otago, including on-farm collections to support the dairy industry.
About the Role:
Collecting and transporting recycled plastics from farms and other locations.
Providing a vital service to dairy farmers by helping manage farm waste efficiently.
Operating and maintaining company trucks and equipment.
Ensuring timely and safe pickups while maintaining high service standards.
Working closely with our team to support sustainability and recycling efforts.
What We're Looking For:
A valid Class 2 license (Class 4 preferred) with proven driving experience.
A strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
Knowledge of the South Canterbury and Otago regions, especially rural areas, is a plus!
