Recycling Plastics (Plasback Waimate) Serving South Canterbury & Otago

Are you an experienced truck driver looking for a rewarding role in sustainable waste management? Plasback Waimate is seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Driver to join our team, helping collect and transport recycled plastics across South Canterbury and Otago, including on-farm collections to support the dairy industry.

About the Role:

  • Collecting and transporting recycled plastics from farms and other locations.

  • Providing a vital service to dairy farmers by helping manage farm waste efficiently.

  • Operating and maintaining company trucks and equipment.

  • Ensuring timely and safe pickups while maintaining high service standards.

  • Working closely with our team to support sustainability and recycling efforts.

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid Class 2 license (Class 4 preferred) with proven driving experience.

  • A strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.

  • Knowledge of the South Canterbury and Otago regions, especially rural areas, is a plus!
