Roles currently available within our Operations Team:
Canning/Pouch Supervisor: Leading a shift to produce direct to consumer product, drive performance, and champion process improvements on our canning/pouch lines.
Canning/Pouch Process Controllers: Operate advanced equipment, ensure quality, and uphold our high standards.
Dryer Process Controllers: Operate modern processing equipment in a team environment to produce advanced nutritional powders.
UHT Process Assistants: Support our UHT production team to keep equipment running smoothly to create a million 250ml packages a day for export.
Positions follow a structured schedule consisting of two days and two nights per shift cycle. Comprehensive training will be provided within an organisation guided by strong values and a genuine commitment to its employees.
