Supply Planner - Oceania Dairy

A bit about your role

As the Supply Planner, you will play a key role in balancing supply and demand, ensuring our operational and financial objectives are met. You’ll manage finished goods inventory, tackle slow-moving and obsolete stock, and drive improvements in inventory turnover. Reporting directly to the Supply Planning Manager, you’ll work alongside planning, production, and commercial teams to deliver results that support our growth and customer satisfaction.

A bit about you

You are a collaborative planner with a customer-centric mindset and a proven ability to build strong relationships across teams. With several years’ experience in planning or supply chain roles—ideally in FMCG or manufacturing—you bring advanced Excel skills and a knack for managing data and reporting. Your communication skills and adaptability help you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

A bit about the organisation

Oceania Dairy is a state-of-the-art dairy manufacturing plant in Glenavy, South Canterbury, employing 400 staff. As part of the Yili Group (Global Top 5 dairy company), we produce over 170,000mt of finished goods exported to 40+ countries, driving annual revenue well in excess of $1.3B—and growing. Our group includes Westland Milk Products, Pure Nutrition Ltd, Canary Foods, and EasiYo Ltd, forming the Yili Oceania Business Division.
