Produce Assistant

THE ROLE: It is a permanent contract for 32.5 hours per week; some weekend shifts will be required. Flexibility may be required during the busy summer season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.

  • Merchandising and pride in stock presentation

  • Time management and ability to prioritise

  • Ability to manage incoming stock and records

  • Basic IT skills, knowledge of SAP advantageous

  • Fast learner

Butcher

THE ROLE: Full time

This role entails working with our butchery team to ensure our customers have an excellent range of butchery products, produced to a high standard. Being a qualified butcher is advantageous but not essential.

If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

A focus on our customers & producing quality product.

Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.

Contribute to a positive team environment and support new and existing staff members.

Liaise with Butchery Manager and assist with day to day running of Butchery

The ideal candidate will have a vast knowledge of meat cuts, and an understanding of production requirements.
