Join the Mid Waitaki Hydro team and work alongside some extremely talented, skilled, and dedicated individuals who look after our Benmore, Aviemore and Waitaki stations.

You’ll need to be able to turn your hand to all types of general mechanical or electrical maintenance duties, ensuring our hydro assets are kept in top condition.  In this varied role, you could find yourself assisting with minor repairs both on the generation plant and on the site facilities or undertaking a machine clean to ensure effective running. You could also find yourself out doing the lawns and gardens for the day, taking care of outdoor maintenance needs.

You'll be the go-to support person for both our mechanical and electrical teams so we are looking for someone who is up for a challenge and eager to learn.
