We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and bright individual to join our team in a part-time role. We are an industry leading company based right here in Waimate. If you have relevant experience, great! If not fine, we'd still like to hear from you because at the heart of this role is the ability to foster a great relationship with landlords, tenants and tradespeople. This role would be for a minimum of 20 hours per week and there can be flexibility around the days and hours worked.

A property manager works across the property management spectrum which includes marketing and letting of properties, monitoring rent payments, inspections, scheduling and monitoring maintenance and account administration.

This is a dynamic position where no days are the same and where you will be dealing with people from all walks of life with the opportunity to grow your career.

• Excellent time management.

• A full, clean NZ Drivers License.

• Excellent computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems and follow procedures.

• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with people from all walks of life.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where nothing is ever the same and a different approach is required in any given situation.
