In response to Te Mauri o Rongo and improving health care in rural South Canterbury, Arowhenua Whānau Services, Waimate Medical Centre and Oak House Medical Centre, are looking for a

Care Co-Ordinator — registered Social Worker or Allied Health professional to assess health and well-being needs and goals. Offer effective care coordination during transitions of care. Form and retain strong relationships across the health, well-being and social services sectors or;

Physiotherapist– Have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification), with current APC (Annual Practising Certificate), no restrictions and registration with the Physiotherapy Board of NZ or;

Extended Care Paramedic— Have registration with Te Kaunihera Manapou Paramedic Council. Current APC (Annual Practising Certificate) with no restrictions. Post Graduate Diploma in Health Science (Paramedicine) or equivalent specialization.
